Thank you to all that marched in the parade and encouraged us on along the lovely parade route. We heard more shout outs and got more cheers than ever before, and are very thankful.

We are grateful to Laurel for organizing us, the Bender Family for building the float, the Wellesley Wonderful Weekend Parade organizers and Dedham Tesla for letting us borrow the Tesla Model X.

Let’s “green” the 48th Annual Wellesley Veterans’ Parade!

Join fellow Green Collaborative groups as we march together!

WHEN: Sunday, May 22, 1:00 pm — 3:00 pm

WHERE: Assemble on Washington Street (intersection of Routes 16 and 9, near the Hills Library). Specific meeting point TBA once we know our exact location

WHO: Bring your friends, neighbors, and family, including grandchildren! We have cute bee and butterfly costumes for small children (3 to 5 year olds).

HOW: Please simply fill out this form so we know you are coming.

IMG_1007Join Sustainable Wellesley as we wear green and walk the 45th Annual Wellesley Veterans’ Parade on Sunday, May 19th.

Look for the new Tesla Model S with the Sustainable Wellesley logo on it!

We will know our line up soon so check back here for specific time and location.

The parade starts at 1pm at the intersection of Route 16 (Washington Street) and Route 9 and continues westbound along Route 16 to Wellesley Square.
