  • Save Money
  • Increase Comfort
  • Lower greenhouse gas emissions
  • ImproveHealth/Safety
  • Preservation
Since you have already paid into this program for years in your National Grid gas bill, why not have an energy specialist offer you a personalized report, instant savings and lots of free things?

Heat and Cool Your Home Smarter
Air source heat pumps save you money while heating and cooling your home. They are especially cost competitive due to Wellesley's low electricity rates. Plan BEFORE your aging air conditioner or archaic heating system breaks down.  Wellesley's Clean Comfort Program offers a rebate of up to $2,000 for qualifying residents who install air source heat pumps. Click here for more details about this program.

The modern and efficient air source heat pumps move heat rather than generate it, significantly lowering operating cost and eliminating the need for separate heating and cooling systems.

Building? Renovating?
Use Wellesley's sustainable building guidelines when building a new home.
Talk to architects and builders about passive or net zero energy designs.
Be the future.

Concerned About Gas Leaks Near Your Home?
With more than 250 active gas leaks in Wellesley - some 30 years old and others are super emitters- we should be concerned and take action. Not only do gas leaks contribute to climate change, they are flammable, costly, and hazardous to our health. We really need to move off of gas (think heating, stove, fireplaces). Learn more here.
