get ready to vote: march 3 & march 17

2/26/2020

Picture
The Presidential Primary Election is March 3, 2020.
The good news is that Wellesley is offering Early Voting this week through February 28 for the Presidential Primary and Political Party Committees.  For hours and locations, click here.

In addition, please make time on March 17th for the Town Wide Candidates, Town Meeting Member Candidates and Referendum Election. Meet many of the candidates at the Sustainable Wellesley 's Afternoon With the Candidates event on Sunday, March 8th from 4.30-6pm at the Wellesley Congregational Church, 2 Central St.

By popular demand, we are continuing to ask questions to candidates that are running in contested races.  Each week before the election we will be publishing the answers they shared. This week you can read responses from the candidates for Board of Selectmen here.

These thoughtful responses should give you some insight when you vote.

If you won't be available to vote on March 17th, you still have time to file for an absentee ballot anytime between now and March 16th at noon, at Wellesley Town Hall's Town Clerk's office on the first floor or by emailing an absentee ballot request to Town Hall.

Please note that the absentee ballot has to be at Town Hall no later than March 17th at 8 PM and they cannot guarantee the timeliness of the US Postal Service.
